Moong-Masoor-Quinoa Mixed-Veg Masala Kichidi – Leftover Transformed!

I made this Moong Malka Quinoa Masala Kichidi with lots of Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Potato, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Spinach & Tomato) and we enjoyed it for a couple of meals. But we still had some leftover – I have the habit of making too much food sometimes (better than too little I think)!

I hate to waste food, so thought of a way to transform it. I added some Rice Flour, Pav Bhaji Masala, Salt, and mixed it up.

Added a good amount of fresh chopped cilantro.

And used my waffle maker to make patties. Ofcourse, the patties could have been made on a pan as well.

Made some with ghee and crisped it up a bit!
