Moong Sprouts and Oats Dosa

Moong Sprouts.. I try to make some sprouts almost every week. Its very nutritious. This time it was Moong Spourts and Oats Dosa.

Just blend Moong Sprouts (2 cups), Oats (1 cup), Ginger (1 inch piece), Cilantro (a small bunch), Green Chilies and Salt to taste.

And make the soft dosas.

I served it with Boiled Potatoes and Srikhand!
