Eggless Banana Avocado Walnut Bread

I had ripe bananas and avocados, so decided to make this banana avocado walnut bread with oats flour and chia seeds. No sugar added. No eggs added. It turned out soft and moist on the inside, crispy and crunchy on the out.

What you’ll need:

  • Ripe Bananas – 2
  • Avocado – 1
  • Chopped Walnuts – 1/2 cup
  • Avocado Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  • Oats Flour (I make my own with quaker oats. Can use whole wheat all purpose flour or other) – 1 1/2 cups
  • Chia Seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of Salt

Method:

1. Fold all the ingredients together.

2. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake in a 325 deg oven for about 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min.

3. Let it cool. Enjoy!

I dressed it up with slices of fresh mango and kiwi fruits.
