Green Beans with Sesame

These were the green beans from our yard. Usually when cooking fresh vegetables, I want to taste its natural flavors and enhance the taste with simple ingredients.

What you’ll need:

  • Fresh Green Beans
  • Ginger Finely Chopped
  • Garlic Finely Chopped
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil

Method:

1. Saute the garlic and ginger in olive oil in a wide pan.

2. Add green beans to it and saute another 2-4 mins.

3. Add some sesame seeds and red chili flakes. Saute another min or so.

4. Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
