Nutella Crepes with Warm Berry Compote

For making the Crepes

Mix all the below ingredients together:

  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Milk – 3/4 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Butter (melted) – 3 tbsp

Make thin crepes by spreading evenly on a pan on medium heat. Spread Nutella over it. Fold and dust with powdered sugar.

(I follow Alton Brown’s crepe recipe).

For the Mixed Berry Compote

  • Frozen Mixed Berries –  2 cups
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup or to taste
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon ( 1tbsp)

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan on medium and cook until they are incorporated together and thickens.

Serve the Crepes with warm Berry Compote.
