Salad with Sprouted Black Garbanzo & Fenugreek & a whole lot of goodness!

This was one yummy salad which even the kids enjoyed! We compared how long each of our sprouts were and that made it fun ๐
What you’ll need:
Sprouted
- Black Channa (Garbanzo Beans) – 1/2 cup
- Methi (Fenugreek Seeds) – 1/4 cup
Finely Chopped
- Red Onion – 1/4 cup
- Tomato – 1/2 cup
- Cucumber – 1/2 cup
- Avocado – 1/2 cup
- Kiwi Fruit – 1/2 cup
As needed
- Chaat Masala to taste
- Red Chili Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
Method:
Mix all the sprouts, fruits and veggies along with the seasonings. Eat it by itself or goes well with roti or plain parata or a piece of toast. Enjoy!
