Salad with Sprouted Black Garbanzo & Fenugreek & a whole lot of goodness!

This was one yummy salad which even the kids enjoyed! We compared how long each of our sprouts were and that made it fun ๐Ÿ™‚

What you’ll need:

Sprouted

  • Black Channa (Garbanzo Beans) – 1/2 cup
  • Methi (Fenugreek Seeds) – 1/4 cup

Finely Chopped

  • Red Onion – 1/4 cup
  • Tomato – 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber – 1/2 cup
  • Avocado – 1/2 cup
  • Kiwi Fruit – 1/2 cup

As needed

  • Chaat Masala to taste
  • Red Chili Powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste

Method:

Mix all the sprouts, fruits and veggies along with the seasonings. Eat it by itself or goes well with roti or plain parata or a piece of toast. Enjoy!
