After we had used the mangoes for making jam, there were 20 mango pits with some pulp on them. Kids wanted to help with everything from peeling the mangoes to cutting the mangoes! So I had them scrape all the pulp out, with the help of dad And after mixing some milk and sugar and freezing, we had yummy mango milk popsicles to cool off from the heat!
What you’ll need:
- Mango pulp – 1 cup
- Whole Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar to taste
1. Mix the mango pulp, milk and sugar well.
2. Pour into popsicle molds or shot glasses. Cover glasses with foil. Stick a popsicle stick into it and freeze. Enjoy!
