Garlic & Methi Crispy Potato Fry

Who doesn’t like Potato Fry right! And this pan fried one uses little oil and is flavorful with Garlic and Methi leaves.

What you’ll need:

  • Baby Potatoes – 20
  • Garlic Cloves – 4
  • Kasoori Methi – 2 tbsp
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method:

1. Wash and slice the Potatoes. In a large wide pan, add about 1 to 2 tbsp of oil. Add the Potatoes and stir fry until almost cooked and it starts getting crispy.

2. Add the chopped Garlic and saute for another couple of minutes.

3. Add the Kasoori Methi and Salt and mix. Add Paprika if desired.

4. Enjoy while it is hot as a side dish or even as a snack topped with cheese and with ketchup!
