A Simple Festival Meal

Just the basics.. Cucumber Kosambari (a sort of salad), Kadale Kaalu Usli (Seasoned Garbanzo), Steamed Rice and Tovve (Seasoned Dal), Yogurt Rice and Milk Paayasa or Kheer flavored with Saffron, Cardamom and garnished with Almonds.

Followed by Paan made by my husband 🙂
