Methi Sprouts & Aloo

Methi Sprouts! I am amazed everytime seeds sprout.. its amazing. And look how beautiful these are. I used it a couple of different ways this time. Made Methi Sprout and Onion Wheat Bread and also made this dish – Methi Aloo.
What you’ll need:
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Mini Potatoes (quartered) – about 2 to 3 cups
- Methi Sprouts – 1/4 cup
- Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
- Chili Powder/Paprika – 1 tsp or to taste
- Salt to taste
Note: You can add any of your favorite spices
Method:
1. In a large pan, add Oil and add the Cumin Seeds and Asafoetida.
2. After a minute, add the Potatoes and Methi Sprouts. Let the potatoes roast and cook completely. Turn periodically.
3. Add the Cumin Powder, Chili Powder/Paprika and Salt. Mix.
