Roasted Corn and Pineapple Chaat

This chaat dish came about because I had some left over roasted corn and some fresh pineapple after a BBQ that I wanted to use up.
What you’ll need:
- Roasted fresh corn on the cob – 2 cup (or you can thaw and use the frozen roasted corn)
- Fresh Pineapple cut into small chunks – 2 cup
- Red Onion finely cut – 1/2 cup
- Tomato finely cut – 1/2 cup
- Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Cilantro finely chopped – a few sprigs
- Green chilies finely chopped (or red chili powder) – to taste
- Chaat Masala – 3 to 4 tsp or to taste
- Salt to taste
Method:
Simply mix all the above. Enjoy!
