Roasted Corn and Pineapple Chaat

This chaat dish came about because I had some left over roasted corn and some fresh pineapple after a BBQ that I wanted to use up.

What you’ll need:

  • Roasted fresh corn on the cob – 2 cup (or you can thaw and use the frozen roasted corn)
  • Fresh Pineapple cut into small chunks – 2 cup
  • Red Onion finely cut – 1/2 cup
  • Tomato finely cut – 1/2 cup
  • Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup
  • Cilantro finely chopped – a few sprigs
  • Green chilies finely chopped (or red chili powder) – to taste
  • Chaat Masala – 3 to 4 tsp or to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Simply mix all the above. Enjoy!
