The Ultimate Fruits Nuts & Hemp Smoothie
This one got a 9 1/2 out of 10 from kids! Because Chunky Monkey is still their most favorite and that gets a 10 🙂
To make this (ofcourse with the assistance of my best helper, my son),
I just loaded up fruits, nuts and hemp seeds and blended them all smoothly adding about a cup of water – 1 cup Fresh Papaya + 2 Fresh Oranges + 1 Banana + 1 cup Frozen Pineapple + 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries + 1 cup Frozen Strawberries + 10 Almonds + 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds.
Makes about 6 cups. Perfect with weekend breakfast!!
