Sunday night while I was getting dinner ready, my son came to me and said that he was going to make a sandwich for his lunchbox tomorrow (monday). And as I prepared dinner, he had made his burger sandwich on his own and packed it up! He said he didnt want me to stress about it the next morning, so asked me to just warm it up in the morning and write a note for him 🙂 His brother who later saw this packed his lunchbox as well. 🙂

So lunch made and packed all by themselves… burger sandwich! There was no lettuce at home. So he toasted bread, topped with shredded cheese, avocado, tomato (from our garden) and grilled a burger patty.

For snack, I had made a snack pack to give kids during navrathri, the boys got a bag each as well. They took some of that.
