Jalapeno Cranberry Cream Cheese Bites
This one was inspired by something similar that a friend had made for a get together. Pillsbury has the recipe on their website.
I modified it a bit and made slightly different variations. Since I had Cranberry Orange Sauce made for Thanksgiving, I decided to use it instead of dried Cranberries. It adds more flavors.
It is very simple to make. Here is the method:
1. I used Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough, rolled it out and cut into squares.
2. Place a teaspoonful of Jalapeno Cream Cheese. I used shredded Paneer for some of the kids ones. (You can also use Plain Cream Cheese and mix in finely chopped de-seeded Jalapenos)
3. Top with about 1/2 tsp of left over Cranberry Sauce. (You can mix in dried Cranberries to the Cream Cheese if you don’t have the sauce)
4. Pinch the corners of the squares together to seal. Place on a baking sheet and bake per the package directions.
Ready to serve. Enjoy!!
These are super easy and tasty appetizers for a holiday party or just for snacking!
