A birthday special! Simple but special 🙂 One of my son’s favorite food is Sushi (vegetarian), but my other one does not like sea weed at all. I didnt have time to make regular sushi rolls, so made Bread Shushi Rolls.
Lunch was, Bread Sushi Rolls smeared with Pesto and stuffed with Avocado, Cheese and Carrots. Brown Rice Rollers and a Capri Sun.
And 2 puzzles today, back to back 🙂
